We’re pleased to provide this 3-dimensional (3D) embroidery option for hats and caps. We refer to it as “puffy foam” in our shop. The process has been tested, and the research and development phase is complete. To give the embroidery a raised appearance, foam is layered beneath the top layer of embroidery.
